ARRIVAL
We ask that you please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. This allows time to ensure your pre-treatment consultation form is completed and time to unwind in the wellness lounge. We want your time at The Benev Spa to be a relaxed and wonderful experience, arriving late may result in a reduced treatment time; we’ll do our best to avoid that but it’s not always possible.

To ensure your treatment is the right fit for you, please inform us at the time of booking if you are pregnant or have any health conditions, allergies or injuries that may influence your treatment.
SPA ETIQUETTE
To keep The Benev a place of calm and tranquillity, please ensure mobile phones are turned off and voices are kept low to maintain a relaxing environment for all.
BOOKING + CANCELLATION
All appointments are paid in full at time of booking. If you are paying with a gift voucher, please quote the voucher number when booking. We understand things out of our control happen in life. We politely ask for 48 hours notice (within our operational days of Wednesday to Sunday) if you cannot make your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will regrettably result in the 100% forfeit of your total booking amount. Making an appointment with The Benev is acknowledgment of this cancellation policy.
